L’UnipolSai Briantea84 è Campione d’Italia!

On Saturday 24 April at PalaMeda, UnipolSai Briantea84 took home the 20/21 Cup of the Italian Wheelchair Basketball Federation (Fipic), the eighth title won by the Cantù team after defeating the defending champions Santo Stefano Avis 73 to 56.

A heartfelt victory for the white and blue team, which in this decisive third round for the national title constantly set the pace, never leaving any room for the opponents.

This is the eighth cup in the history of the club chaired by Alfredo Marson and the sixth in the last eight years: the team from Cantù thus closed a perfect season, an even sweeter victory after winning the Italian Cup last November.
