Disposal of ordinary shares of Sorin S.p.A

UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. announces the disposal of the entire stake in Sorin S.p.A., corresponding to n. 21,852,500 ordinary shares (“Shares”) equal to 4.565% of the share capital.
The transaction has been realized through an accelerated procedure for collecting orders reserved to qualified investors in Italy, as defined in art. 34-ter, comma 1, let. B, of CONSOB regulation No. 11971/1999, and international institutional investors.
