It is communicated that, in accordance with the provisions of law and the Company By-Laws, only one slate was presented - by the shareholder FONDIARIA-SAI S.p.A. - for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors of MILANO ASSICURAZIONI S.p.A. at the Shareholders’ AGM called for April 27, 2011 at the time of 11 am in first call at the Atahotel Executive in Milan, Viale Luigi Sturzo No. 45, and for April 28, 2011 at 9 am at the same location in second call.
