On the request of Consob of November 14, 2012, in accordance with Article 114, paragraph 5 of Legislative-Decree 58/98 (the ”CFA”), a document containing information concerning in particular the state of advancement of the Remuneration Report established by Article 123-ter of the CFA was prepared.
