Fondiaria-Sai S.p.A. - News articles denied

In relation to that published yesterday in the newspaper La Repubblica in the article by Giovanni Pons, Fondiaria Sai states to not having made any appointment to verify the correctness and accuracy of the financial statements of Unipol Assicurazioni. Therefore, the claims made in the article of such an activity undertaken by Fondiaria Sai and its consultants are entirely dismissed. The investigations in course, and not yet completed, concern normal practice valuations in order to establish the share swap ratio.
