The statutory audit of the financial statements is entrusted to EY S.p.A.
The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 17 April 2019 entrusted the statutory audit of the Annual Accounts and the Consolidated Annual Accounts and the limited audit of the Consolidated Interim Financial Report to EY S.p.A. for the 2021-2029 period.
