The Board of Directors of Fondiaria-SAI S.p.A., meeting today under the chairmanship of Cosimo Rucellai to review the state of the negotiations in course for the proposed integration with the Unipol Group and to evaluate the offer received on May 9 from Sator Capital Limited and Palladio Finanziaria S.p.A., have decided, after extensive discussion, to adjourn their examination until May 17, 2012.
