Agreements for the acquisition of the hotel business "Una"

UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. hereby announces that on 22 May, the subsidiaries Atahotels S.p.A. and UnipolSai Investimenti S.G.R S.p.A. (the latter on behalf of the Real Estate Investment Fund Athens R.E. Fund) signed agreements with Una S.p.A. (“Una”) regarding the acquisition, through two separate transactions, respectively:

• (i) of the business unit concerning the hotel management of Una;
• (ii) of the relative real estate portfolio for hotel use.
