Amendment to the calendar of corporate events for 2014

With regard to the notice published on 28 January 2014 relating to the UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. calendar of corporate events for the 2014 financial year, the Company informs that the Meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Interim Financial Report at 30 June 2014 will take place on 6 August 2014 instead of 7 August 2014.
