The Board of Statutory Auditors of Fondiaria-Sai S.p.A. held by June 25, 2012

The Board of Statutory Auditors of Fondiaria Sai S.p.A. announces the filing today at the company’s registered offices of:

• a second supplementation to the Report as per Article 2408 of the Civil Code of March 2012 (concerning the petition of the shareholder Amber), containing a review of real estate operations with related parties which were not examined, given the limited period to carry out such, by the previous Board of Statutory Auditors;
• a Report as per Article 2408 of the Civil Code in partial response to the petition as per Article 2408 of the Civil Code sent to the Board of Statutory Auditors by the shareholder Finleonardo S.p.A..
