It is communicated that, in accordance with the provisions of law and the Company By-Laws, only one slate was presented - by the majority shareholder FONDIARIA-SAI S.p.A. - for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors of MILANO ASSICURAZIONI S.p.A. at the Shareholders’ Meeting called for July 10, 2012, in first call and for July 11, 2012 in second call.
