Closing of the sale agreement of former Milano Assicurazioni insurance business to Allianz

On the date hereof, pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement disclosed to the market on March 15, 2014, UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. completed the transfer to Allianz S.p.A. of an insurance business belonging to the former Milano Assicurazioni.
