Communication on changes in share capital

It is hereby announced the new composition of the share capital of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A., fully subscribed and paid up, which is the result of the issuance of 24,725,274 ordinary shares following the partial conversion, by Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A., of 675 bonds ISIN IT0005013674, for a nominal value of Euro 67,500,000.00, representative of the “UnipolSai Assicurazioni 2014-2015 6.971% Convertible Loan”.
