Convertible loan of € 201,8m issued

UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. (“UnipolSai” or the “Company”) issued today the convertible loan totaling €201.8m approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on 15 January 2014, executing the powers conferred to it by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on 25 October 2013 pursuant to Articles 2420-ter and 2443 of the Italian Civil Code (the “Convertible Loan” or the “Loan”).
