Director's resignation

At today’s meeting, the Board of Directors of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. took note of the resignation of Director Ms Milva Carletti, due to intervening professional and work commitments. The resigning non-executive and independent Director appointed by the Company’s Shareholders’ Meeting on 27 April 2016 from the list that had been submitted by the majority shareholder Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. and who came first by number of votes cast was not a member of a committee.
