Born in Forlì in 1961
Holds a degree in Law from the University of Bologna and a degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques from the University of Urbino. Specialist degree in Clinical Psychology at the Faculty of Education of the University of Urbino
Her career has developed in the academic area, holding numerous academic positions since 1993 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna and at the Faculties of Economics and Law of the University of Urbino, to the point where she is now: Full Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Urbino “Carlo Bo”; Professor of Trade Law and Financial Markets at the Faculty of Economics of Urbino; Professor of Commercial Law at the Fano branch of the School of Economics of the University of Urbino and Director of the Research Center Yunus Social Business Centre of the University of Urbino.
From 2013 to 2016, she was Director of the listed company Unipol Gruppo S.p.A.
From 2015 to 2021, she was Director of the listed company Biesse S.p.A.
She is currently:
