Fondiaria-SAI and Milano Assicurazioni announce that with decision of March 5, 2010 the President of Section III-ter of the Regional Administrative Court of Lazio has provisionally suspended, until the Meeting fixed for March 25, 2010, ISVAP ruling of February 18, 2010 through which the ineligibility of – based on article 76, paragraph 2, of the Private Insurers Code – Ms. Giulia Maria Ligresti from the office of Director of Fondiaria-SAI and Milano Assicurazioni and Ms. Maria Luisa Mosconi from the office of Alternate Auditor of Fondiaria-SAI and of Statutory Auditor of Milano Assicurazioni was declared.
