On the request of Consob, also in view of that reported in today‘s press, the Company wishes to clarify that there is no further information to report to the market other than that of the press releases published in recent days. The advisor GOLDMAN SACHS is undertaking, in accordance with the assignment received, detailed analysis on possible actions to strengthen the capital base and the preliminary results of their findings will be presented to the Board of Directors' meeting called for December 23, 2011. The Company will disclose to the market the outcome of the Board meeting in a timely manner.
