The Board of Directors of Fondiaria-SAI, in a meeting chaired today by Mr. Cosimo Rucellai, analysed the state of advancement of the work carried out by the Company, with the support of the appointed advisors, in relation to the petition presented in accordance with Article 2408 of the Civil Code by the shareholder Amber Capital and the clarification requests of the Board of Statutory Auditors as per the reports also presented under Article 2408 of the Civil Code.
