Fondiaria-Sai S.p.A. - Board Meeting 16th April 2012

The present communication concerns the resolution adopted by the Boards of Directors of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario and Unipol Assicurazioni announced to the market this afternoon in relation to the proposed merger with the Fondiaria SAI Group. The Board of Directors of Fondiaria SAI, meeting this evening under the chairmanship of Jonella Ligresti, noted this announcement and – in order to carry out the necessary analysis of the economic conditions approved by the Unipol Group – postponed its meeting until the afternoon of Thursday, April 19, 2012.
