Consob authorises the publication of the prospectus on the Fondiaria-Sai S.p.A ordinary and savings shares rights issue
Commencement of offer july 16, 2012, terms unchanged of the capital increase approved by the Board of Directors on July 5, 2012.
Consob today authorised the publication of the Prospectus concerning the option rights of ordinary and Category B saving shares to ordinary and Category A saving shareholders respectively and the admission to trading on the Italian Stock Market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. of the newly issued ordinary and Category B savings shares (the “Offer”).
