Fondiaria-Sai S.p.A. - Resignation of the director Salvatore Spiniello

It is announced that, in accordance with the agreement signed on January 29, 2012 between Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A. (UGF) and Premafin Finanziaria S.p.A. and following the subscription by UGF of the reserved Premafin capital increase, on July 25, 2012 the director Salvatore Spiniello resigned, who – for the reasons outlined in the press release of July 23, 2012, to which reference should be made – remains in office on a prorogation basis together with the other directors.
