Execution of the sale of the holding in BNL Vita S.p.A. to the BNP Paribas Group .
Following the press release published on 7 April in this regard, we wish to inform you that today, the necessary authorisation having been obtained, the transfer of the holding in BNL Vita S.p.A. to Cardif Assicurazioni S.p.A. (BNP Paribas Group) has been executed for the amount of 51% of the share capital or €325.2m, paid in cash.
