Integration plan with the Premafin-Fondiaria Sai Group

Further to the information with which the market was provided on 25 June, the new Discharge Agreement between UGF and Premafin replacing the agreement signed on 29 January 2012 has been published in full on the Company's website (www.unipol.it). Its application is restricted exclusively to and in favour of the directors and statutory auditors of Premafin, Fondiaria Sai, Milano Assicurazioni and their subsidiaries in office during the period 2007-2011 who did not hold Premafin shares, direct or indirectly, even through subsidiaries, on 29 January 2012.
