Integration plan with Premafin-Fondiaria Sai Group

The Boards of Directors of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario and Unipol Assicurazioni, which met yesterday, resolved to continue the integration plan via a Merger with Premafin Finanziaria, Fondiaria Sai and Milano Assicurazioni, instructing CEO, Mr Carlo Cimbri, to formulate a proposal to Premafin, Fondiaria Sai and Milano Assicurazioni, which brings the operation back to the original layout of the integration plan announced to the market and submitted to the competent supervisory authorities. The terms of the proposal will be announced as soon as they are formalised to the above Companies.
