Integration plan with the Premafin-Fondiaria Sai Group

The Board of Directors of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario, in its meeting held today, has duly taken notice of the articulated proposal of Premafin Finanziaria S.p.A. – Holding di Partecipazioni received on 23 May, with regard to the economic terms of the planned integration with the Premafin - Fondiaria Sai Group, and has deferred all appraisals and decisions on this matter until completion of the necessary in-depth examination of the proposal, which will also draw on the input of the appointed advisors.
