Born in Milan in 1962

Holds a degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan

Certified Public Accountant and Auditor

Her professional experience began at PWC where she held positions of responsibility in Italy and abroad. She became a Partner in 1999 and, in the following years, Head of the “Private Equity” sector in Europe and Italy.

In 2007, she entered the “Ready for Board” ranking and in 2012 founded the consultancy firm New Deal Advisors, where she now practices as a CPA.

She was a member of the Board of Directors of the listed companies Anima Holding, Atlantia and Cerved Group, in addition to Anima S.G.R., SNAI, SNAITECH and Cordusio SIM.

She is currently:

• Since 2015, Director of the listed company ERG S.p.A.;
• Since 2019, Director of Italcanditi S.p.A. (Chairwoman from 2019 to 2022);
• Since 2021, Director of La Doria S.p.A.;
• Since 2021, Director of Arcturus S.p.A.;
• Since 2022, Director of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A.
