Merger by incorporation of Dialogo S.p.A. in liquidation into UnipolSai assicurazioni S.p.A.

UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. (“UnipolSai”) announces that – following the issue of the required authorization by I.V.A.S.S. (Italian insurance supervisory authority) and the completion of the corporate merger procedure – the deed of merger by incorporation of Dialogo S.p.A. in liquidation into UnipolSai was concluded on the date hereof.
