Milano Assicurazioni: Ordinary Shareholders’ meeting

The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A., meeting today in first call, unanimously approved the pursuit of an action against a number of former directors and statutory auditors, as proposed by the Board of Directors in the report prepared for the Shareholders' Meeting and made public in accordance with law.
