Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A.: sale of building at Via Cordusio in Milan completed

Following that previously announced to the market, Milano Assicurazioni informs of the completion today of the sale of the prestigious building located at Via Cordusio n. 2/Via Casati n. 1 in Milan to the Donatello Fund, managed by Sorgente SGR S.p.A., for consideration of Euro 105 million.
