Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A. savings shares: right to withdrawal unopted

Within the merger by incorporation into FONDIARIA-SAI S.p.A. of Premafin Finanziaria – Società per Azioni – Holding di Partecipazioni, Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A. and Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A., no holders of Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A. savings shares exercised the right to withdrawal pursuant to Article 2437, paragraph 1, letter g) of the Italian Civil Code. Therefore, the redemption procedure under Article 2437-quater of the Italian Civil Code will not be applicable.
