Milano Assicurazioni: special shareholders' meeting

The Special Savings Shareholders’ Meeting of Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A., meeting today, approved the creation, in accordance with Article 146 of Legs. Decree No. 58/1998, of a fund for the expenses necessary for the protection of the joint interests of savings shareholders and the allocation to the fund of Euro 500,000.
