Monitoring of 2022-2024 Sustainability Plan

Track what is done towards helping achieve the Sustainable Development Goals that the Group wishes to contribute to in a significant way through the realisation of its strategies.

For all material sustainability issues we have set objectives, some quantitative, others qualitative.
The main objectives are:

* Included among the performance objectives of the variable short-term incentive component.
** The objectives listed are included among the performance objectives of the 2022-2024 long-term incentive component, the amount of which is determined for 20% according to the level of achievement of the aforementioned sustainability objectives.
