Paolo Pietro Silvio Peveraro

Born in Castel San Giovanni (PC) in 1956
A graduate in Business and Economics from the University of Turin
Certified Public Accountant and registered with the Register of Statutory Auditors
He works as a Certified Public Accountant.
His career has mainly been spent as an auditor for both public and private companies and in consultancy.
He worked for about twenty years with Arthur Andersen, becoming an international partner and put in charge of the litigation services for Italy. He then joined Deloitte, working as a Senior Advisor in charge of the public and non-profit sector division for Italy.
He held important public authority positions (Municipality of Turin and the Piedmont Region) with, inter alia, responsibility for the budget, finance, shareholdings, staff and corporate organisation.
He was a Temporary Lecturer in applied public accounting at the University of Turin from 2000 to 2020.
He was a Chairman of listed company IREN S.p.A. from 2016 to 2019, and had been Chair of the board of statutory auditors for the previous three years.
He is currently:
- Since 2012, Chair of the board of statutory auditors of the Fondazione Opera di San Camillo;
- Since 2020, Chair of Area S.r.l.;
- Since 2023 Director of EcoEnergia S.r.l.
- Since 2022, Director of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A.
