The consolidated financial statements for 2019 are available to the public at the registered office of the company, on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.com) and on the Company’s website www.unipolsai.com (Investors/ Reports and Results Section). The independent auditor’s report and the report by the Board of Statutory Auditors will be published subsequently in accordance with the legally required deadlines.
