Publication of the updated company by-laws

It is hereby announced that the Company By-Laws of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A., updated following amendments to Articles 8 (“Shareholders’ Meetings”) and 17 (“Powers of the Board of Directors”) resolved by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 17 June 2015 and approved by IVASS (i.e. Italian Insurance Supervisory Authority) pursuant to law, is now available to the public, in accordance with current law, on the authorised storage mechanism NIS-Storage (www.emarketstorage.com) and on the Company’s website www.unipolsai.com under the Section Governance/Corporate Governance System/Company’s By-Laws.
