Resignation of Board Member

By letter dated 8 September 2020, Mr Adriano Turrini handed in his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. (the “Company”), to take immediate effect, for professional reasons.

The non-executive, non-independent Board Member who has resigned – who had been appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company on 17 April 2019 on the basis of the single list submitted by the majority shareholder, Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. - was not a member of any committee.

The Board of Directors will make the decisions it is responsible for regarding the replacement of the Board Member who has resigned at the next board meeting in accordance with the articles of association.
