The Board of Directors of Fondiaria-SAI S.p.A., in a meeting today chaired by Jonella Ligresti, examined the binding offer presented by PKB Privatebank AG concerning the acquisition of 100% of Banca Gesfid SA, a Swiss company specialised in private banking, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fondiaria-Sai S.p.A..
