Filing of the proposed merger into Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A., and Unipol Finance S.r.l., UnipolPart I S.p.A. and Unipol Investment S.p.A.

UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. (“UnipolSai” or the “Company”) hereby announces that, today, the proposed merger into Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. (“Unipol”) of UnipolSai, and Unipol Finance S.r.l., UnipolPart I S.p.A. and Unipol Investment S.p.A. - with the latter three companies entirely held by Unipol and holding shares in UnipolSai - approved by the board of directors of the Company during the meeting held on 21 March 2024, was filed at the registered office.
